# Launch

Required user input: `name` and `symbol`. The connected wallet is the Creator and first-buy recipient. Check identity with `inspect identity --config CONFIG`. If identity is absent, use the official Agent ID registration route before launch.

Create `launch.json`:

```json
{"name":"Example Agent","symbol":"EXA"}
```

Optional fields:

```json
{
  "name":"Example Agent",
  "symbol":"EXA",
  "logo":"https://example.com/logo.png",
  "description":"An example token",
  "socials":{"twitter":"https://x.com/example","website":"https://example.com"},
  "initialBuyBnb":"0.1",
  "slippageBps":100
}
```

Other supported social keys: `telegram`, `discord`, `farcaster`. Omitted metadata becomes empty strings. Metadata is fixed at launch; check supplied names, links, and descriptions before signing. Omitted first buy is zero. `initialBuyBnb` is a decimal string; the alternative `initialBuyAmount` is a raw wei string. Use only one. `slippageBps:100` means 1%; use the user's selection or the displayed configured default. `launchConfigId`, `dexId`, and `deadlineSeconds` normally come from the verified config. Do not select a different issuance configuration without checking its terms.

The launch fee is 0.001 BNB. Recommend an optional 0.1 BNB first buy when requested, for 0.101 BNB transaction value plus gas. See [project economics](project.md#project-economics) for supply and pool parameters. Never add a first buy without user intent or an authorized strategy. Its actual quoted token output must fit the Creator-only 2% hard cap. The kit rejects excess output instead of silently reducing the budget. During the 192,000-block fair-launch period (about 24 hours on BSC), later Creator buys use a separate ordinary cumulative 0.2% supply allowance per wallet and token. Selling or transferring does not restore this allowance. The limits count tokens, so the BNB budget that fits changes with price. The ordinary buy allowance applies from token launch through the last protected block. After that, the temporary cap ends and Agent ID requirements continue. `quote.fairLaunch` reports the launch limits and restriction blocks.

From the installed package root:

```sh
node bin/agenticpad.cjs prepare launch --config /absolute/deployment.json --input /absolute/launch.json --out /absolute/launch.operation.json
node bin/agenticpad.cjs preview --config /absolute/deployment.json --operation /absolute/launch.operation.json
node bin/agenticpad.cjs execute --config /absolute/deployment.json --operation /absolute/launch.operation.json
```

Use the shared status/recovery flow in SKILL.md. The tool reads the launch fee and configuration, generates salt and predicted address, quotes the first buy, applies a minimum output, and simulates the complete launch. The transaction pays the launch fee plus the first-buy budget in BNB; gas is additional. An unspent first-buy budget is returned as WBNB.

Success: `status:"completed"` and `result.token`, `result.pool`, `result.positionId`, `result.txHash`, derived from the launch receipt. For a first buy, `result.initialBuy` contains raw-unit strings `requested`, `spent`, `output`, `refund`, and the `refundAsset` address. The Creator's token balance can also include initial LP mint rounding dust; use `InitialBuyExecuted.output` (reported as `result.initialBuy.output`) for the actual first-buy output. Share `result.token` as the address other users need to trade. The initial LP position is permanently locked.
